HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To make a purchase on oot-drk.com, you simply start by browsing the web shop for products. There are different ways to shop; by colour, by brand, by look and by price. Once a suitable product has been found, please press the "Add to Cart" button. The product is then added to a shopping cart and "My Cart" icon is then displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page.

You can continue shopping by adding items to your cart. Once you are happy with your selection, proceed to checkout in the top right-hand corner through the "Checkout" button. Once there, your items are displayed as a list and you can edit or remove as you wish. The total price is always reset according to any changes. The billing details appear below, and through your purchase you have the option of saving your details for future reference. Registered users can login at this point.

Once completed, press the purchase button, and you will be guided through the required steps depending on the payment method.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

All information supplied will be processed by designated OUT OF THE DARK GROUP OY, employees, processing deliveries, billing, transportation and customer care. Our customer database is secured by personal user ids and passwords.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER AND SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order at OOT/DRK, we recommend that you register and set up an account. Because customer information is stored in the database, using the service is faster for registered customers. As a registered customer you can also enter multiple variables for the delivery address, track your order and browse. Registration is free and does not obligate you in any way. If you wish, you can delete your customer information by clicking “My Account”.

You can also place an order without setting up an account by simply filling in your name, address, telephone number and email address in the form.

How to register:

1. Begin the registration by clicking "Log In" in the top right corner of the page.

2. Click "Create an account" and fill in the registration form.

3. After filling the form, click on "Continue". Your registration is now complete and you can continue shopping.

4. You will also receive an e-mail to confirm your registration.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have forgotten your password, you will get a new password by clicking the “Forgot my password” button on the login page. The new password will be sent to your registered email address in a couple of minutes.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

OOT/DRK delivers to all countries within the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom). There are some exceptions in which the delivery to some countries is not possible as they already have a retailer network for that specific brand.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

The delivery time for Finland is 2-3 business days and 3-7 business days for other EU countries.
Delivery charges vary from 6,50 € to 15,00 € per order for Finland, depending on the size and weight of the package.

For other EU countries, the delivery charge is 20€.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

OOT/DRK insures each parcel during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to you.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

OOT/DRK customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery. The customer has the right to return a product if:

1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying OOT/DRK within 14 days of delivery.

2. The product has not been used.

3. The product is in the same condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package.

4. The product has been repackaged into its original package.

The product must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return or exchange a product, you are responsible for the risk of damages. A damaged product will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if the customer cannot prove that the product has been damaged during the first shipping.
